Embark on a sensory voyage with our coffee, where medium acidity and a creamy body lay the foundation for a truly exquisite cup.

The initial sip greets you with the zesty brightness of lemon, cutting through the richness with a refreshing clarity. This citrus note gently transitions into the comforting sweetness of brown sugar, a perfect balance of flavors. The experience deepens with the luxurious finish of dark chocolate, enveloping your palate in a velvety embrace that lingers, inviting you to savor every moment.

Our commitment to the planet and its people is reflected in our Organic certification.

This coffee is grown without synthetic fertilizers or chemicals, ensuring a pure, environmentally friendly cup that supports sustainable farming practices and the health of our coffee-growing communities. With the prestigious SHG (Strictly High Grown) and EP (European Preparation) grades, our coffee stands as a testament to quality and excellence. These beans are cultivated at high altitudes, allowing for a slower growth process that enhances the coffee's natural flavors, resulting in a cup that is both complex and refined. Nestled in the heart of Chiapas, our coffee benefits from the region's unique microclimate and fertile soils. Chiapas is renowned for producing some of the world's finest coffee, and our beans are a perfect representation of the area's natural bounty. The elevation range of 1,400 to 1,900 meters is crucial to our coffee's distinctive profile. At these heights, the beans mature slowly, developing a depth of flavor and aroma that sets them apart from lower altitude coffees.

Our beans are processed using the washed method, which highlights their inherent qualities and ensures a clean, clear flavor profile.

This meticulous process involves removing the coffee cherry's outer layers before drying, resulting in a pure expression of the bean's natural characteristics. A carefully curated blend of Typica, Catimor, and Bourbon varieties contributes to the coffee's unique flavor profile. Each variety brings its own set of nuances to the blend, from the classic notes of Typica to the robustness of

Catimor and the sweetness of Bourbon, creating a harmonious and memorable cup.

Dive into the heart of Chiapas with each sip of our coffee, a celebration of tradition, craftsmanship, and the vibrant flavors of Mexico. Our coffee is more than just a beverage; it's an invitation to explore, to taste, and to connect with the rich tapestry of nature. Indulge in the exceptional, and let the journey begin.

What does the “Gero” in GeroCoffee stand for? The “Gero” comes from the word #Geroscience, which is a field of research that focuses on understanding the relationship between aging and age-related diseases. The term combines "gero-", from the Greek gerōn, meaning "old man" or "elder", and "science", reflecting its focus on the scientific study of aging.
